2. Acceptance of Jai Club Terms By accessing jai-club.com or using Jai Club services in any capacity, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their legal implications, and consent to be legally bound by all provisions. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms when you visit jai-club.com, complete Jai Club Register, complete Jai Club Login, make a Jai Club deposit, participate in any Jai Club Game format, or continue using Jai Club Official services after modifications to these Terms have been published.

 Jai Club Terms Non-Acceptance If you do not agree with any provision of these Jai Club Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using jai-club.com, refrain from completing Jai Club Register, and refrain from participating in Jai Club or Jai Club Lottery formats. Continued Jai Club Login after disagreement constitutes acceptance.

3. Jai Club Member Eligibility Requirements

• Single Jai Club Account: Each individual is permitted only one Jai Club Login. Creating multiple Jai Club accounts is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• No Prior Jai Club Exclusions: You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or terminated from Jai Club Official.

4. Jai Club Register and Account Security

Complete Jai Club Register only through jai-club.com or the official Jai Club App. Provide accurate personal details including your real name, a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification, and a valid email address. Complete Jai Club KYC verification before requesting your first Jai Club withdrawal.

Jai Club Login Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jai Club Login password and Jai Club account credentials.
• Never share your Jai Club Login password with any other person. Jai Club support will never request your current password.

5. Permitted Use of Jai Club Platform

Jai Club grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use jai-club.com and Jai Club Game services for personal entertainment purposes only.

Jai Club Prohibited Activities

• Creating or maintaining multiple Jai Club accounts or Jai Club Login credentials for one individual.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access Jai Club Game or make Jai Club bets.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent Jai Club geographic restrictions or conceal your actual location.
• Commercially exploiting your Jai Club Login, selling Jai Club account access, or using Jai Club for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

6. Jai Club Game Rules and Fair Play

• All Jai Club Game formats including colour prediction, Wingo, K3, 5D Jai Club Lottery, and Aviator operate using automated result generation algorithms. Jai Club outcomes are not influenced by Jai Club staff or any individual member’s prior history.
• All Jai Club bets and Jai Club Lottery predictions are final once confirmed by the Jai Club system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.
• Jai Club server records of game outcomes, bet placement times, and Jai Club Lottery draw results constitute the authoritative record in all Jai Club Game member disputes.
• Jai Club disputes must be reported to Jai Club support at support@jai-club.com within 24 hours of the disputed event.

7. Jai Club Deposits and Withdrawals

• Jai Club accepts deposits via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and direct bank transfer. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name only.
• The minimum Jai Club withdrawal amount is ₹100. Jai Club KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Jai Club withdrawals are processed to your verified UPI ID or bank account only. Jai Club Official does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• Jai Club may request additional verification documentation for large-value withdrawals or wallet activity that triggers compliance review thresholds.
• All Jai Club payment transactions are processed through certified Indian payment gateway providers operating under Reserve Bank of India frameworks.

8. Jai Club Bonuses and Promotions

• All Jai Club bonuses have wagering requirements that must be fulfilled through qualifying Jai Club Game participation before Jai Club bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Jai Club bonuses may expire, be modified, or be withdrawn at any time at Jai Club’s discretion. Unclaimed Jai Club bonuses that reach their expiry date are forfeited.
• Jai Club bonus abuse — including claims through multiple accounts, collusion to generate referral rewards, or manipulation of Jai Club Game bet patterns to satisfy wagering requirements artificially — results in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in Jai Club account termination.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, Jai Club App functionality, and materials available through Jai Club are owned by Jai Club Official or licensed from third parties and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Jai Club content; use the Jai Club name, logo, or branding without written permission; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Jai Club App technology.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Jai Club Disclaimers and No Warranties

Jai Club services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Jai Club Official does not warrant that jai-club.com content or Jai Club Lottery draw data are accurate and complete at all times; that Jai Club Game will operate error-free or uninterrupted; or that Jai Club App defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Jai Club makes no guarantees regarding your likelihood of winning any Jai Club Game format or Jai Club Lottery draw.

Jai Club Warranty Disclaimer TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, JAI CLUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JAI CLUB GAME MEMBER USE OF JAI-CLUB.COM AND JAI CLUB SERVICES IS AT EACH MEMBER’S SOLE RISK.

12. Limitation of Jai Club Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, JAI CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR JAI CLUB LOGIN, JAI CLUB GAME PARTICIPATION, OR USE OF JAI CLUB OFFICIAL SERVICES. In jurisdictions that do not allow complete exclusion of liability, Jai Club’s total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Jai Club Wallet during the 30 days preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees), whichever is the lesser amount.

13. Jai Club Member Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jai Club, its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of jai-club.com or Jai Club Game services; your violation of these Jai Club Terms; your violation of any applicable Indian laws in connection with Jai Club participation; or fraudulent, illegal, or abusive Jai Club conduct associated with your Jai Club Login account.

 

14. Modifications to Jai Club Terms

Jai Club Official reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at Jai Club’s sole discretion. Material changes will be announced through Jai Club email notifications or Jai Club App notifications. Updated Terms will be published on jai-club.com/terms with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued Jai Club Login and Jai Club Game participation after Terms changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Jai Club Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in India, such provision shall be modified to accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, or severed from these Terms entirely. The invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Jai Club Terms, and any disputes arising from or relating to your Jai Club Login, Jai Club Game participation, or use of jai-club.com, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India. These Jai Club Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, constitute the complete agreement between Jai Club members and Jai Club Official regarding Jai Club Login and Jai Club Game services.
